One very important step in personal development is Goal Setting. Establishing goals for yourself is an important step towards discovering ones true self. Before setting up goals examine your wants desires and needs. Think about what drives you, gets you excited to get up in the morning. What would you love to do every day? What do you think your purpose in life is? Write down all these goals and record them in your Personal Development Journal. In my next post I'll spend some time talking about the importance of meditation. This relaxing and stress reducing exercise has many benefits including decreasing respiratory rate, increasing blood flow, slows heart rate, takes you into a deeper level of relaxation and many more. I'll get more in detail within my next post.
